We stopped by to learn more about their dishes and had a few favorites that we highly recommend trying. From locally caught Bluefin Tuna Crudo with charred hibiscus salsa, pickled grapes, pomegranate molasses, and house-made salsa macha, to the Lamb Tatella with Oaxacan cheese and Tlaquepaque salsa. One of our new favorites is the Zarandeado with adobo-marinated shrimp and blistered sweet peppers!

Bluefin Tuna Crudo - charred hibiscus salsa, avo salsa, cucumber, fresno pepper, pickled grapes, pomegranate salsa macha, and furikake.

Pair that with well-crafted cocktails like the Bone Smoke with Mezcal alternativo, sweet vermouth, bone marrow fat-washed aperitivo, tomatillo, and charred pineapple. Or the Wolfsbane with Bourbon alternativo, earl grey syrup, lemon, aquafaba, and exorcist bitters.
