Celebrate Thanksgiving with Chef Brad and the Trust Restaurant Group

Trust Restaurant Group’s Chef Brad Wise is offering a multi-course menu focused on classic Thanksgiving dishes prepared in his signature style. Expect bold flavors, hearth-roasted proteins and veggies, and comforting, yet elevated desserts. Each dish represents one of his restaurants: the beet salad comes from Fort Oak, the stuffing from The Wise Ox, and the cauliflower casserole from Trust. The 20-pound turkey, sourced locally, will come brined and ready for the oven. All other sides and dishes will be precooked and will just need to be reheated before dinner. Foolproof reheating and serving instructions will be included for each dish.

 The menu serves 6-8 people is priced at $325 and includes: Turkey (20 - 22 lbs) herb bouquet, mirepoix; Hearth Roasted Red Beet Salad feta, spring mix, pickled onion, sumac ranch, pomegranate seeds, quinoa; Millionaires Potatoes black truffle, fontina cheese, chives; Hearth Roasted Root Vegetables caramelized fennel and shallot compound butter; Glazed Butternut Squash & Carrots ginger butter, fresh thyme; Curried Cauliflower Casserole currents, cilantro, beluga lentils; Italian Sausage Stuffing celery, dried cranberries, sourdough bread, thyme, sage; Herb Gravy, turkey drippings, mirepoix, seasonal herbs; Apple Crisp, oat streusel, currants; Snickerdoodle Swirl Ice Cream; Roasted Banana Bread Loaf; and TRUST Whole Bean Coffee 12 oz.

Indulge this Thanksgiving with The Wise Ox’s Premium Diestel Farms Turkeys

The Wise Ox by Trust Restaurant Group will be offering Diestel Farms Turkeys for Thanksgiving. Best of all they have culinary experts that can offer tips and tricks to cooking this premium bird.

Available to pre-order starting Monday, October 25, these all natural, slow-grown birds are known to be some of the finest turkeys around. Raised in the Sierra Nevada Foothills, Diestel turkeys are fed an all-vegetarian blend of grains, meaning they are tender, juicy, and full of flavor. At The Wise Ox, they’ll be selling 20-ish pound birds for pick up between Monday, November 22 and Wednesday, November 24 during normal shop hours. Turkey’s will be priced at $5.99 per pound. 20|Twenty’s Thanksgiving Pre-Fixe at the Westin Carlsbad Resort

What better way to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends and family than feasting on locally and seasonally sourced cuisine created by Executive Julian Quiñones at 20|Twenty restaurant located at The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa. 

Guests are invited to enjoy a lavish Thanksgiving spread, featuring modern dishes such as savory spinach and frisée salad with roast pear, shaved fennel, pepitas, goat cheese, and apple ginger-vinaigrette; fall harvest root vegetable quinoa coconut curry; pan-seared True Striped Bass with pasilla & piquillo pepper Romesco sauce; and cabernet braised short rib with celery root puree. Gelson’s Thanksgiving Dinner

Sit back, relax, and leave the cooking this Thanksgiving to the Gelson’s Gourmet Chefs. The supermarket for foodies has everything needed for your Thanksgiving festivities. Order complete meals, dishes a la carte, sides, desserts, cooking utensils, and even seasonal floral arrangements to tie it all together. The full meal options include:

Chefsgiving at the Pendry Hotel

Inspired by the spirit of Thanksgiving, join some of San Diego's most renowned chefs as they prepare, service and share dinner with a cause. The Chefsgiving meal will include a take of each Chef's favorite Thanksgiving dish, served family-style with wine pairings. You'll get a chance to chat with the chefs as San Diego favorite radio personality Frankie V. hosts the evening.

 Tickets are $150 per person and include a $30 donation to the San Diego Food Bank.
