Michelin Star Seafood Spot in Valle De Guadalupe
My favorite spot for seafood in Valle De Guadalupe and nearly the world is this sustainable seafood restaurant tucked away beneath a champagne house. Come get lunch at Concha De Piedra
Exterior of Conchas De Piedra
Awarded the prestigious Michelin Guide Star and Green Star for sustainability, this gem run by legendary chef Drew Deckman needs to be on the list to visit for anyone who loves all things from the sea! We recommend a reservation to secure a barstool at this well appointed restaurant overlooking the vineyards of Casa De Piedras Start off with a bottle of sparkling, one of the few in the Valle, they excel with this traditionally made champagne and it makes a phenomenal foil to the briny seafood bites you can find across the menu.
Chocolate Clam
From the must order oysters, to abalone and chocolate clams to roasted oysters and even a small vegetarian selection this menu is small but mighty, each dish is exactly there for a reason. If you are looking to sample we highly recommend ordering the “Plat Royal” or their Tasting Menu to sample a wide selection of the menu!
