The Space
Recently remodeled, Kimball Coastal Eatery combines its love for the sea with its heritage as a locals spot.
Being so close to the marina, Kimball Coastal Eatery looks to the sea for inspiration. With a sawed off boat as a host stand, salved wood, and ocean paraphernalia strewn around the restaurant makes you remember where you are and the history of the marina. A wall of historical photos of National City act as a reminder to this area’s rich history. The dining room is very light, bright and very inviting to weary travelers or locals!
The Exterior
One of the most exciting features of Kimball Coastal Eatery is their recently refreshed patio space. This massive outdoor patio features booths, fire pit, an area for live music and a soon to come wood fired pizza station for outdoor service.
This patio will be sure to become the hot spot in the neighborhood. We can’t wait to enjoy a cocktail out on the patio while listening to some live music!
